Review: An essential supplement, boost for your health - I already have good experience with other Superself supplements and wanted to try Magnesium complex. 180 capsules is enough for 90 day course if you take twice as recommended. I, personally had a trouble with anxiety, disturbed sleep, fatigue, difficulty to focus on study and memorising things. To boost nervous system I decided to take this complex. Additionally D3 vitamin is also very important. After 3 weeks taking regularly twice a day I can say they are effective. Sleep is not a trouble any more and during the day I feel able to do more. With concentration I need to work more as well as organising my activities more wisely, but the fact my energy levels are back to normal will help with that. Hopefully, this 90 day course will be enough to fulfil my needs. Can recommend to anyone who wants to boost your health.
