I intend to take this matter further since I feel that I have been robbed. The description leads you to believe that these pillows are made from memory foam…they are not! They are filled with CHUNKS of foam that separate leaving the pillows with gaping holes. They are not fit for purpose and it is frankly a disgrace that these are allowed to be sold through a company such as Amazon. I will be writing to Amazon’s Chief Executive and intend to put my payment into dispute with my bank. When I took them out of their ridiculous packaging I thought that they would unravel on their own and plump up. THEY DID NOT. After 72 hours they were still rolled up to some description, so I gently pulled on side apart. To my horror I heard a horrible ripping noise and the 'memory foam' parted larger than the when Moses parted the Red Sea. I was left with a pillow case full of two hard, lumpy separate pieces of 'memory foam'. It has been a week since they have been delivered and they resemble pancakes, albeit lumpy and hard.
