So I emailed the Tocol Support and they were very quick to resolve the issue. I only wanted the white thing, but they sent out an entirely new product which was very appreciated. They were very kind and had follow up emails to ensure I was satisfied.The case is lovely. It fits perfectly, allows wireless charging still, and fits nicely in your pocket. The screen protector is more than adequate to ensure your screen is safe from any damage.I'll definitely be purchasing from Tocol again for any other phones cases I purchase in the future. Would definitely recommend and would buy again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great screen protector comes with but phone case not prefect *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 April 2023* Loved the screen protector that comes with the cover and they give 2 which is nice as you know you have a backup if first one goes bad/gets damaged. It is easy to install and all and instructions are very good and helped me (someone who's never put a screen protector on. Now to the phone cover - it's design is nice and protects the phone well although am slightly concerned the side bezel may not protect the screen but don't know if that's me being nervous but a few months on and no damage to phone yet so it must be doing its job. My real bug bear with the case is the side buttons for the sound up/down and power button. It's flush with cover with a ridged outline which helps find but not always. If this stuck out a little more, it would definitely be more useful snd easier to find buttons.
