If you are unsure then ask your Vet. **Q: How long does it take to begin seeing results from taking this supplement?** A: I would say 48 hours it takes 24 hours to get into system. **Q: Is this a liquid or a paste? My dog spits out a paste probiotic from another brand but we were successful with a liquid one in the past.** A: It’s a brown paste, my dog doesn’t like it either but if one person holds the dog the other person puts paste in mouth of dog followed by a tasty treat!
