Review: Made baby lunch at a theme park much easier - We bought the 710ml Thermos Stainless King mainly for taking warm food out for our baby, and after testing it properly on a theme park day, I am really impressed. We warmed the food at home at around 8am, put it straight into the flask, and when we opened it around midday it was still nicely warm and ready to eat. That made lunch much easier because we did not need to look for a microwave or somewhere that could heat baby food. What surprised me more was when we got home at around 6pm and checked the leftovers — they were still warm. Obviously I would not recommend keeping baby food sitting around all day just because the flask can hold the heat, but it showed us how well insulated it is. The 710ml size is quite generous for baby food, but I actually like that because it gives enough room for a decent portion and makes it useful later for soups or family meals too. For days out, theme parks or anywhere you are unsure whether you can heat food, this is a really practical solution.

It also works well for cold foods or drinks if needed, and there is no condensation on the outside, so bags stay dry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable, fit for purpose, longlasting &:high quality

I purchased my twin grandchildren 0.40 L Thermos food flasks when they started secondary school. The flasks are still going strong, but larger upgrades were needed as the grandchildren are now at college & require a more substantial meal. As with the earlier version, the 0.70 L flask is perfect. I filll the flasks with boiling water for as long as possible (sometimes overnight) prior to putting their meal in. 5.5 hours later, the food is still piping hot. A few days ago, my granddaughter didn't get chance to eat lunch & ate it in the car on the way home. 9.5 hours after filling the flask & the meal remained piping hot. The key to keeping food hot is to adequately pre-heat the flask & fill to the top. The larger size weighs much the same as the smaller, older model The flask doesn't leak. I've purchased many Thermos products over the years & can hand on heart say that I've never experienced a problem with any of the products from this company. They're my go to brand & I recommend them.
