I have lent it to others when they have an urgent need of such a product and it has also worked well for them. The plunger has two parts, with the handle screwing into the main body. Sometimes, during use, the handle becomes a bit loose and requires tightning. Alway ensure this handle is tightned well before usage to avoid it loosening too much during use. I have found it most effective to use it with the water level a high as possible, flushing as needed to raise the water level (taking care not to overfill the bowl). I had quite a heavy blockage that could not be shifted using a traditional plunger, but with two or three plunges with this product the blockage was gone. It's unique design fits into snuggingly into the toilet bowl and by moving the handle up and down it thrusts the water down the drain pipe, shifting any blockages along the way. The Bad: The instructions were not super clear, but this is such a straight forward device I just placed into my toilet and followed a bit of common sense to get it working.
