Review: Great Publisher/Maufacturer! - These booklets are great for an EMT. They fit in my pocket, give me enough space to write while I’m bouncing around in the ambulance & working on my patient. I ordered the 3-pack of this booklet. One of the booklets had the pages accidentally inserted backwards. I didn’t want to return all 3 since I needed to use them. So I called the manufacturer to see if they could send me just a replacement booklet. They said no problem at all & actually sent me 3 booklets. With support like this I highly recommend this product to other EMTs.

Got these for EMS school clinicals. Handed them out to all my classmates (14 in all) and they raved about them. It is very helpful to remind you, as a student, if you're missing anything on the information gathering phase. Lots of room on the back for med history etc. I even found these useful in class for scenarios. Overall highly recommend for EMS students.
