Unfortunately they don't fit the thread of a standard British back box. Not the end of the world, especially as I was able to use the screws that came of the back box I was replacing, but if you're going to sell in Britain there's a case to be made for supplying the right screws. Btw, if you need to use a back box yourself be sure it's a 35mm, like this........ MOULDED PATTRESS SURFACE MOUNT BACK BOX SINGLE 1 GANG 35MM Secondly, as it's a remote controlled device you'll need a battery for the remote unit. But nowhere does it tell you what battery you'll need, not on the Amazon webpage (at time of writing at least) nor in the instructions. Again, not the end of the world, it's not difficult to work out, but you'd think the maker or vendor would have thought to make it explicit. The kind you'll want is a 23A like these......... GP Super 23A 12V High Voltage Alkaline Battery (Pack of 5) Thirdly, the instructions are obviously written by someone for whom English is not their first language. (When will people realise that instructions should ALWAYS be written by people for whom the language of the instruction is the 1st language of the writer.). Once again, you may find that you can normally work it out in the end. But in this case............Lastly, and most importantly, I simply can't get the remote to work properly. The programming routine just doesn't work the way the instructions describe, and after several attempts to program it the on/off switch works fine but the dim and undim buttons are erratic, particularly the latter.
