The flavour is absolutely superb. It has a rich, natural smoky taste that enhances the food without overpowering it. I mainly use it on steaks after cooking, and it adds that final restaurant-quality touch that really elevates the flavour. The flakes have a great texture too, giving a satisfying crunch before melting into the meat. A little goes a long way, so the tub lasts much longer than you’d expect. If you’re serious about cooking steaks, or simply want to add an incredible smoky finish to meat, vegetables or even chips, I couldn’t recommend this enough. It’s easily the best smoked salt I’ve used and I’ll definitely be buying it again.
