According to the manual, the max weight supported is 130kg, although at 90KG once of my friends was causing it to creak quite a bit. So if you weigh more than 100KG I would be extremely careful. The bar does leave black marks on the wall above the doorway, and also on the sides wherever it touches the frame. They seem to clean off, but if you use it for a long period of time, it may be worth putting something thin in-between the doorway and black foam/rubber parts of the bar. I wouldn't advise to use this in rental properties or weak/old door frames, and if you are, be very careful. The bar can be dismantled, so if you want to use it for travel between places, it is possible. However there are probably smaller or cheaper ones that would be better to use for this purpose. Overall the bar is very secure and safe, and provides a lot of use for workouts. For £35 it was well worth it.
