A shortwave receiver receiving FM/AM/SSB for that money is crazy. It is very basic and you may need your glasses on to read the screen but it works. The antenna it comes with is rubbish, it's too short for even 30MHz and it doesn't stand up straight at all and just swivels around so you can't stand it up vertical but i have a long wire plugged into it which is 200% better. The sound quality is good enough for the small speaker and the battery life is pretty good but it is a small rechargable battery, i have only used it to listen on 80 meter ham band so far and on the wire it was good for what it is.
