**Q: The ad shows two files is there two or just one?  Is this a rasp only or is one of the sides a smoothing file?**
A: I love the file--it is substantial, not small --& it IS 2-sided: a coarse side and a refine side.  Does this answer your concerns?

**Q: Does this product come with a warranty?**
A: I see none in the packaged info.  I would say, it is well made and works very well.  I would assume, should there be a problem, you could contact manufacturer... email and phone number on enclosed pamphlet.

**Q: is the handle made of metal or plastic?**
A: We bought the black handled one  a few years ago. The file/rasp part works amazingly well! BUT this morning I broke the handle. It is a heavy plastic & works well but will break if you push too hard. I don’t remember the silver option being available before. The silver one looks like the metal file material runs the length of the handle. That should strengthen it where the handle is weakest. I just the black one again

**Q: Can this be sterilized in an autoclave?**
A: I have no idea, but, I run mine under very hot water after using.
