I was contacted by company once, with no further contact following. I do not recommend this product! **Q: Can this be used on carpets?** A: This pod works in your washing machine. If your carpet fits in your washer, then the only question is what fiber is the carpet made from? I wanted to dye a quilt smoke grey and I could not find any Rit Dye at all. I ordered this stuff and was anxious to try it. I followed the directions and was so happy to see that the once ugly peach-colored quilt had turned into this beautiful shade of grey.
