**Q: I can’t get my coffee to foam and I don’t want to over extract the coffee. I’m doing a 10:1 ratio on low heat. What am I doing wrong?**
A: Hello, thank you for your question. I will gladly explain the process below so you can make the best Turkish or Greek Coffee with your professional BCS Copper Coffee Pot. It's going to be foamy and delicious every time.

First of all, rather than a 10:1 ratio, it's best to use 6 gr of finely ground Turkish or Greek coffee for 65 ml of water (this is for 1 cup). For more than 1 cup, you can increase the amount within this ratio.

You should only stir the ingredients in the coffee pot at the beginning. Once you start to heat, you should not stir anymore. Low heat is the key to foam. You can watch the videos that we shared on our product listing. I hope it helps.

**Q: What is the metal inside?**
A: I have the same one, but a smaller one.
It's not copper, the base metal looks like copper-plated aluminum.
The bottom is not thick enough, if the fire is small, then the coffee evaporates quickly and does not boil. If you are not too demanding, then this Turk is quite comfortable. But it is impossible to make real strong Turkish coffee in it.

**Q: Is it induction cooktop compatible?**
A: Not compatible with induction cooker.

I started drinking Turkish coffee and I’ve got my husband and daughter to drink it. The coffee I purchased originally didn’t “fit” in my original smaller cezve. When I bought another better coffe, I realized it wasn’t the smaller cezve, but the coffee that was too thick. I’m super pleased with the new brand of coffee.
