If you're getting the error:"You do not have proper printing material to print this file.(Tough_PLA is installed; PLA is required)"Then just remember to change the type of filament from 'pla' to 'tough_pla' in the xyzware slicing menu (when you're about to print it). That error message is very misleading and as it has nothing to do with the model it's all about selecting the right filament... (honestly dont even know why they let you pick as they're all automatically recognised anyway..)Again great little product but usabilities just lacking a little bit on the execution. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Filament keeps breaking as badly wound on roll *by D***J on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2019* This roll of filament continuously breaks, I have not managed to print a single item successfully yet because the way the filament has bee rolled onto the spool means that ever few metres so far, the filament passed under other strands and then it jams and breaks. I sent several pictures to XYZ customers service who told me it was breaking because there is a knot and I should unwind the filament and then rewind it myself to get rid of the knots. This is clearly impractical given the springiness of the filament. I had expected them to offer to replace it given this is not cheap filament but so far they feel they have closed the complaint by telling me to rewind the roll.
