I can tell this has been used before and is just a refurbished product that someone else may have returned.As for the performance, I am still yet to test it. To be fair it has all the attachments, they are standard malleable plastic attachments which I'm sure will do a decent job but may degrade or even possibly break over time? A truly awful product. Under-powered which makes it useless as a vacuum cleaner. Very weak inferior plastic hose that deforms and leaks at each end, reducing the suction power even more. The hose is not long enough to make it usable and the angle of the end piece makes it almost impossible to use unless you can get the end flush at 35° . The hose continually falls off the vacuum within 4 or 5 small sweeps which is really really annoying. I would like a full refund but I threw out the packaging, so could not return it to the supplier. Avoid wasting your money and time - do not buy this product unless you enjoy frustration, annoyance and have enough money to waste.
