This is my goto toothpaste lately. The flavor is really strong and minty, and it defintely freashens up your breath fast. I like the little mini strips too. It gives it a bit of a different feel compared to regular pastes.Teeth feel clean and it foams up nicely. Only knocked off one star cause I didn’t notice a huge diff in whitning over timelike its advertised to do, but overall it’s solid and the 4-pack is a good deal for the size.

Doesn't leave a bad taste after using the toothpaste. Does appear to whiten the teeth to a degree, and effectively keeps breathe smelling good and teeth shining after use. I try to buy in bulk so I don't run out of toothpaste as fast.

To me, this toothpaste is wonderful. As a dental professional I have to recommend a certain brand to my patients, but at the end of the day, I'm exhausted and this is what motivates me to scrub my fuzzy teeth before bed. The gel is so nice, the flavor is a perfect mild tingly mint. I'm a tea and coffee drinker, and it really helps keep the staining down. My breath is pleasant after brushing. Most importantly, because I like to use it, I brush more often and have a healthier mouth, which is how to harness human nature to keep good habits.
