Also, I dropped a frozen one, cringed as it fell onto the concrete and celebrated when it didn’t shatter. The handle is so helpful, I just got over confident and tried to hold onto more than I personally could handle which isn’t the packs fault. It just proved how tough they are. I now own 4 in two sizes and plan to buy more to replace ice and/or supplement ice.

**Q: Why would my freezer packs not freeze?   Everything else in my freezer is frozen.**
A: Your freezer needs to get to at least 0F or 30C degrees to be able to freeze these. I would suggest switching to our cooler pack, rather than freezer.

These perform as advertised! They cool quickly and last long. They make traditional ice, whether blocks or cubes last longer while taking up less space. Also, I dropped a frozen one, cringed as it fell onto the concrete and celebrated when it didn’t shatter. The handle is so helpful, I just got over confident and tried to hold onto more than I personally could handle which isn’t the packs fault. It just proved how tough they are. I now own 4 in two sizes and plan to buy more to replace ice and/or supplement ice.
