The rings are comfortable and look nice. I am a size 13 ring so I ordered a 13 and they were way too big. I emailed them and within 4 days they sent a free replacement in a smaller size. I went down to a size 10 and they fit nicely. The company is quick to respond if you need a smaller size. I would recommend going down 2 to 3 sizes. Used a piece of string snugly around my ring finger, then laying over a ruler to determine the circumference of my finger in millimeters. Divide by Pi to get my diameter. Then match diameter to a common ring size. Great.Ordered a four-pack assortment and it arrived quickly, but the rings were way too large for my finger. They actually fit on my thumb, haha. I'm guessing it was my fault, but I measured three times and got the same each time. In any case, I saw the printing on the plastic bag that said a new pack was free if it doesn't fit. I wrote to the email address on the bag and explained and then guessed a better size — I actually went down two or three sizes from my original.Confirmation email came the next day and new rings just a few days later. They fit perfectly. I'm guessing this happens a lot, but their service seems excellent.
