It doesn't budge until you are ready to take it off which you can do without makeup remover and is a breeze! I love the tubing mascara, I believe I have tried them all and came back to No7 Stay Perfect and have stayed happy. It is superior to waterproof mascara in that it is easily removed with warm water. The "tubes" slide right off. I usually do this in the shower but you can do it at your sink in just seconds. I don't understand anyone who give less than 5 stars, unless it is all about volume. It is great at lengthening but not so much volume.
