The seller was very helpful. ### ⭐ Only works with its special proprietary software. *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 June 2024* I have several thermal imaging cameras but this one uses the MLx 90640 sensor which is the one used in some of my outdoor equipment, because that sensor can handle sun glare without damage. The problem with this one is, it has been designed in a way to prevent it from being recognized properly by your phone or by a computer, so that you're forced to use their proprietary software and that's very dirty pool.There is no good justifiable reason for doing that, as well as the device can not work with my equipment due to that.I would just highly recommend against this device because of the forementioned basic trust issue that is so blatant ### ⭐ !?!an't download the app!?! *by on Reviewed in the United States 21 June 2024* The place to download the app is for Beta testing apps.
