Every product for itching that I found was for problems such as dandruff and they were of no help.I finally remembered to check Amazon. Viola! There was 1 product with good reviews. It was pricey but I was desperate.My first use I kept it on for 10 minutes. It felt so good and no itching. I have used it multiple times sine then and I only have occasional itching which doesn't last long. When I next got my hair done it took the tube with me and had the beautician give me a treatment. She was pleased to learn about the product and is going to look into it further for some other clients with similar problem.It actually is a cost effective product. As directed, do a good first sudsing with your usual shampoo. Rinse. Then I do a light towel blotting. Next you need to proceed carefully. My hair is short and it only needs a scant 1/2 teaspoon to work into a rich lather. The opening on the tube top is larger than necessary. The product will run out with little or no squeezing of the tube. I used way too much my first couple of times.I switched to a spray-in light conditioner (Swartzkoff) and I'm ready to style.I don't know if this product will work for you, but it did for me. In the meantime I continue to look for an American product with same ingredients.
