Best Regards PAMISO Team **Q: Do I have to roll dough out before putting it in** A: Yes. I've found it helpful to roll premade pie crusts just a very little thinner to make positioning dough easier. I also spray the press w/Pam every other pie or so and dampen edges w/ milk or beaten egg before pressing. **Q: Can somebody tell me how well this is made? Are the hinges good quality for example? Or flimsy and easy to bend or break?** A: The hinges on ours have not broken. It is not precisely engineered however, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone had problems. It is hinged imprecisely so that it doesn't open perfectly flat. The package suggests that the underside can be used to cut circles of dough, but that doesn't work because it is uneven when open and the circles would be too small anyway.
