Now, on June 24, it won't hold a charge. The power indicator light will show a solid blue color, which means the vacuum is fully charged. When it's turned on and placed in the pool, it stays still and powers off. I have had this thing for less than two months. I called customer service, and the automated voice says they are experiencing a high call volume, that they'll call you back, then it the line disconnects. Stay away from this brand. I am out $300 dollars now. The vacuums don't work that well for the money you're paring. UPDATE: I emailed Aiper and they sent me a refurbished model. I've had it for less several months. It initially worked fine. Eventually one of the doors fell off the vacuum. Now it only moves a few feet, then changes direction a few feet, and repeats. Then it dies in the middle of the pool. Chlorine is corrosive and can possible damage unit. Follow manufacturers instructions on care of particular unit. These units are expensive and the utmost care should be followed. I hope this helps. **Q: What are the depths recomendations?** A: I don't believe there are depth limitations. the challenge with deep pools is they will have a steeper slope. This unit is recommended to 15-degree slopes max. You should probably purchase the top end unit that can climb vertical walls unless your bottom slope is 15-20 degrees or less. **Q: How do i stop some of the trash from going back into the pool when i pick robot up out of pool?.** A: I try to get it out as fast. As I can but I still see small pieces of trash go back into the pool. Just my two cents. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleans well *by A***N on June 28, 2023* Battery doesn't last along as said my pool is a 12x20 and Battery dies to soon have to recharge to finish ### ⭐⭐ Purchased in May, dead by August *by J***N on May 22, 2024* Worked great for stirring up the bottom and grabbing debris, but had its issues. does not do great lines because it bounces off the wall when it hits it. but the worst thing was that it stopped working after only 3 months. It was toward the end of the season and everytime I would go to use it the lights were normal, then I put it in the water and it started to go, then just died and sunk, I would have to fish it out and plug it back in to charge but it would indicate that it was fully changed. Then I would repeat the cycle without it working. so I closed my pool and never contacted support but other reviewers say it was useless to contact support.
