The construction is solid, polished and looks great (see my pictures). The solid handles are easy on the hands and don't conduct heat.I read the USA reviews that people reported using the food sieves for flour sifting and confectioners sugar, as well. And, that the set is fine enough to use for kefir grains, lumpy gravy and such. Some of the reviews reported that even after a couple years the stainless steel was still holding up well, which one would expect from SS and is a must for me! The company offers a lifetime warranty and I like their story.My choice was based on the reports, the premium offering. So far, the set looks as advertised and I am delighted. It came with a set of 3 mesh tea ball filters or strainers for loose tea. I've been curious about the positive aspects of loose leaf tea.
