I really notice the difference when taking this supplement. After taking 3 a day for about a week I noticed that my nose feels moisturized and soft when I pinch it. In addition my contacts are more comfortable in my eyes. Also, when I drink I don't feel tired the next day like I usually do. (I drink lots of water after a night out which prevents hangovers but I always feel really tired for 2 days.) Oddly, though, when I added evening primrose oil to my routine the tiredness came back. I read somewhere that hangovers are partly due to systemic inflammation. It's possible the Omega 3's are preventing this, but evening primrose oil either causes inflammation, or blocks the anti-inflammatory benefits of the Omega 3's. I'm not sure but I guess I'll nix the EPO. Tip: Omega 3's are great for the coats of cats and dogs. You can buy a little bottle of fish oil at the pet supply store (or here) and mix a teaspoon of it with their food (wet works best but I've done it on dry food too.) It's very smelly and most pets like it. My 6-year-old cat feels softer than a kitten. That's what convinced me I should buy some for myself.
