Flavor is very mild overall, but that allows it to pair well with a lot of different dishes. It makes an excellent addition to crispy rice and our new favorite, chili crisp butter noodles. It's gone up in price in the last few years - I paid $9 for it this time but just a few years ago it was $3 and change!
