Instructions included in the package were very simple to follow. I highly recommend mastering a good pizza dough, then as long as you follow the directions provided it should come out perfect. Size of the pizza steel was quite literally the same size as my oven rack. The quality is immaculate, and I had no issue with my pizza sticking to my steel. Pizzas were flying out of the oven within 8 minutes, I was floored. The price point is very reasonable for what you get.
