If you buy it as a replacement for pressure washing, you'll be sorely disappointed. It worked well on the greenish mold on my stone patio areas, and vinyl fence. It helped that I took a broom and scrubbed a bit. It had no effect on the blackish mold on the same areas. Meanwhile a pressure washer removes everything, dirt, mold, whatever.
