BUT.... they are really nice and imho worth the financial pain. To get the most flavour out of the tiny amount of leaves you really need to steep for at least 5 minutes or as long as possible. The flavour is so nice, naturally lemony but not too strong and sour like other (instant) lemon teas. I've been looking everywhere for lemon flavoured black tea bags, but it always comes with another flavour I don't like, eg ginger or lime, or made with green tea, so I was excited to get these. They are perfect! Top Tip: to counter act the slight bitterness that black leaf tea has, add a tiny bit of sodium bicarbonate (literally the tip of a teaspoon).
