A: Good question. Thanks for asking.
The ratio (by weight) is 70% magnesium, and 17% calcium, and 13% sodium. (mostly from sodium bicarbonate, and a very small amount from sodium chloride.)

**Q: How long is the product good for? Does it have an expiration date?**
A: There's no expiration date on the package. I wasn't expecting to find one because minerals are pretty stable, just keep them dry.

**Q: Is this for use in espresso machines or just drip type coffee?**
A: The minerals are balanced to be safe for use in espresso machines.

**Q: Can I use this with the filter that is in the coffee machine's tank?**
A: Yes, it is completely safe and will not affect the filter in the coffee maker.

I bought Coffee Water because it was cheaper than TWW. Even though I was skeptical that one size fits all. I mixed it into a gallon of distilled water and made myself a coffee a while after: I didn’t like it at all, it was salty with weird flavors. Maybe I just hadn’t let it release the gas and mix fully, because the next day I used it with a moka pot and then a French press, using with a mix of medium and dark roast, the coffee turned out great—no bitterness or acidity, yet still punchy and flavorful.
