I lost one of mine for the 2nd bottle** A: Please contact us with your mailing address. We should be able to mail you a straw. **Q: Are these made in China?** A: I don't know but the glass is thick and heavy so they are made well and I have never had a problem with the pumps **Q: We want to get rid if the ugly coffee mate pump we have. will this work with coffee mate too?** A: Due to the volume of each pump, I think this set works better for syrups as I prefer to control the intake amount of sugar. For creams and other more liquid-like substance, I would recommend a pourer set instead.
