Doll was given as birthday gift for my grandaughter 3rd birthday yesterday . she absolutely loves it , very beautiful but may I ask why his jacket zip doesn't do up? Clasp missing ? Is this a fault or are they made this way on your dolls ? Kind regards

Lovely doll but disappointed with how it was sent out. For the amount the doll costs I expected it to be presented in a box with information on what the functions are or in a nice cellophane bag to protect it. The doll was just put in a black plastic bag, as it’s a Christmas present I feel embarrassed regarding the presentation of it. Unfortunately I ordered two and waiting on the delivery of the second. Such a shame as it’s a lovely doll.
