You can also get a low sodium blend. I have used this for about 30 years and would not be without it. You only use a tiny bit and don't have to let meat sit and marinate. Just rub it on and grill or broil. Love it!! **Q: What is your favorite way to use this sauce? Recipe? Thanks** A: Dale's is the best marinade for steaks, pork chops, chicken, burgers, etc. One precaution don't marinade the meat over about 30-35 minutes, you need turn them about every 10 minutes in the sauce.. Enjoy. we've used this sauce for over 10 years. **Q: Does Dale Sauce contain nitrates?** A: No Jonathan but it does have MSG. MSG does not bother us and we have used Dale's since the 80's.
