Absorbs water well. Good mixture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basically peat moss, but It works *by J***S on 28 February 2026* This is basically peat moss, it wasnt exactly what I expected, but it works. It does stay a little more wet than I think succulents like but I added a little perilite and that worked perfect. Besides that, miracle grow is a big brand so you’re less likely to get lots of gnats or poor quality. Overall: -could use some perilite -stays a little more wet than I would prefer, deep water on day one, still wet an inch down 4 days later. Watering every 1-1.5 weeks. -have not gotten any gnats so far -decent price for what you get if you don’t want to make your own If you are new to houseplants this is perfect, I would just add a cup of perilite to the whole bag.
