The kids do not click or anything but fit atop the containers which works fine and makes for easy opening. Highly recommend.
Review: Beautiful and excellent function - I was throwing away potatoes and onions weekly, keeping them in the bags on the counter. With these, my potatoes last weeks and onions for a couple of weeks. They are dark and have large holes that promote airflow. I feel that storing these in a cooler place than my kitchen counter would probably improve the produce even more. I just lack such a place. They look nice and don't take up much space. I am able to stack them and fit them on top of my counter under upper cabinets, and still have room for a package of tortillas or something pretty thin. They look nice, and the occasional rotten potato smell is no longer an issue from storing them in bags were they rot quickly.

These are beyond cute but do not keep onions or potatoes very well. Kinda disappointed. Can't return cuz it's too late. Using them for other things.
