No point carting it back home every time as bag space is at a premium usually!As for the lock itself, it's done very well, it's solid, heavy, the lock has been perfect, unlike some previous reviews that say the key is harder to put in over time, I have not had the same trouble and it has been outside in the elements now for over a year. I'm very pleased with the product, it's definitely hefty enough to make any would be thief think twice about trying to get through it, pretty sure it would take a while and would require some pretty expensive tools to do so. Coupled with the on guard lock cable which I run through my front wheel the bike is practically unstealable to the lay thief, plus you've got the few thousand dollar theft guarantee to cover it should it fail. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great lock, heavy duty and leaves you with confidence *by W***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 23 March 2016* This is heavy duty lock, not too big as some might say, but is near enough indestructible. I am confident to leave my bike attached to this in the town with it still being there when i get back. I am sure with an angle grinder it could be broken, but i don't leave outside overnight and i would hope that if in the middle of the day in the middle of town someone would say something if it was too happen.I have used this for two cycles too and use it in the garage to severe my wife's and my cycle.You get numerous keys too.The only issue i had was the that the clip to secure it to the cycle isn't a great fit and will move when cycling, however this isn't enough for me not to give it 5 stars due to the strength and cost is a fraction of its competitors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended *by S***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 30 June 2019* I've been using this in a city context for almost a year now and am very pleased that I chose this lock. It was initially very easy to fit the bracket to my bike, and it has since proven sturdy, durable and, most importantly, secure. The key is lightweight and I haven't ever had any problems at all locking/unlocking.
