Premium PLA (Polylactid Acid) filament made in the EU. This high quality filament is developed and produced in the Netherlands and only uses best quality and sustainable raw materials which are 100% traceable. Unlike many cheaper filaments, Innofil implemented a careful diameter monitoring process which only allows for minimal tolerances and clean, non-contaminated filament. This ensures outstanding printing results and no nozzle clogging (if used properly). Careful color pigment selection guarantees bright and radiant colors. Derived from renewable and sustainable resources such as cornstarch, PLA is biodegradable, thereby making it the first choice of the 3D printing community.Printing temperatures for the Innofil PLA vary between 200-230°C, depending on printer model used. No heated print bed (HPB) is necessary, but we recommend using painter's tape (blue tape) for optimal first layer adhesion. Innofil PLA is compatible with all commercially available leading brand FDM printers accepting either 1.75 or 3mm filament, including Ultimaker, Witbox, Pirx, Delta Wasp, Reprap, Printrbot, Prusa i3, Makerbot, MendelMax, UP! 3D, Flashforge, Solidoodle, Lulzbot Taz3/4, Tinkerine Ditto+, etc.The filament is delivered in a closed plastic bag together with a desiccant. We recommend storing unused filament in an airtight bag, to protect is from ambient air moisture.
