Then I apply the serum and I repeat on the bottom. After about a minute I take out the paper towel from my gums. I did have sensitivity for about three seconds on one of my bottom teeth when I used this, but it only lasted for those couple seconds and did not recur. I recommend also using Sensodyne toothpaste, which will help with sensitivity. I started noticing a difference in two days. Now I will just use it periodically here and there, but I love having this product and it really does work and you can use as much or as little as you want depending on how white you want your teeth.
