Ils n'ont pas trop pris soin de la boite non plus. Elle Ă©tait Ă©crasĂ©e et fendu. Heureusement les coussins Ă©taient intact a l'intĂ©rieure parce que tout est trĂšs bien enroulĂ© serrĂ©. Le tissus blanc texturĂ© semble respirant et le tout est muni de fermetures Ă©claires qui en font le tours. Le tissus antidĂ©rapant n'ai pas ce qui empĂȘche le plus de glisser mais il semble quand mĂȘme bien. Le fait que le coussin pour la tĂȘte n'ai pas la mĂȘme forme en demi linge que les autres a poussĂ© mon choix vers cette ensemble plutĂŽt qu'un autre. Ce sera bien plus confortable. Ils sont d'une belle largeurs donc ce sera agrĂ©able de dormir dessus. J'ai hĂąte de pouvoir les essayer pour passer une bonne nuit. J'ai aussi commandĂ© un ensemble de housse a part pour pouvoir faire le changement quand je vais devoir les laver et j'ai pris les bleu qui sont bleu gris pour l'hiver puisqu'ils sont pelucheux car les miens sont blanc et le tissus est plus pour pouvoir rester au frais l'Ă©tĂ©. L'on reçoit avec ça un super grand pack de gel pour le chaud et le froid. Je m'attendais pas a un format aussi grand. Et deux sacs a sceller sous vide pour y ranger les coussins. Personnellement je ne les remettrez pas sous vide de leur qu'Ă  un moment donnĂ© ils ne se dĂ©ploient plus. Et quand j'en ai besoin je ne veux pas devoir attendre encore 72h pour pouvoir m'en servir. But I have been suffering alternately from shoulder pain and back pain, while awaiting surgery for a spine lesion, and rearranging pillows on my bed did get me into a comfortable position and propping up my back have proved challenging. Also, it was making my girlfriend crazy because I had to keep hijacking her pillows. When we unpacked them and let them expand into their full shape, much like the mattresses, I followed the diagrams and organized them so that my back would be upright, although I still need an orthpedic pillow for my head and a sacral wedge. The foam pads were very stable and I was pleasantly surprised how well they supported my back, got me in the right position and were nice and firm! It really beats just a foam wedge or a bunch of foam pillows, and though not cheap was well worth the money in terms of sleep quality so I can highly recommend this set. I would qualify that some times the top wedges slide down with shifting you have to experiment with the arrangement of the smaller wedges and the bolsters if you want to prop up your legs, as I do to help with neuropathy in my lower legs. But it's really improved my sleep quality and I wake up less due to shifting of weight. Thanks in advance!** A: It's not gel infused, and I don't use it when sleeping, so I can't answer your question fully. I bought this set for two (2) primary purposes: 1.) My wife underwent foot surgery and needed to keep her foot elevated at night for several weeks afterwards to minimize pain/swelling, so we used some of the pillows for this purpose and they worked wonderfully. They're very configurable, so she could adjust them as/when necessary to relieve discomfort, and they were firm enough to keep her foot elevated throughout the night. 2.) I needed a better way to prop myself up for whenever I read or watch TV for extended periods of time at night in bed, and again, this pillow set works very well for that purpose. They're well made; can be configured in many different ways; and are fairly priced for what you get. I'd rate them 5/5 stars. I can't speak to whether or not they make you hot while sleeping, but I haven't noticed them being excessively warm when I've read for an hour or longer at night and was using them for support.
