Then my glasses broke and I had to send them away for repairs. Much to my delight, I was no longer completely helpless in reading anything without glasses even at arms length. While I can still see better with glasses, I can now read small print at arms length in a pinch. Not a cure but a definite noticeable improvement and I have only been taking it for about 6months and not exactly religiously.
