We separate our milk once a week. Any oh boy is it a chore, when I say it's a chore, that is due to the fact that you will need to be on your game warming your milk back up to 100 degrees. This machine will process 25 gallons of milk per hour. So if you are like us and process 30 gallons at a time it's a process. Would not want to do it without this wonderful machine. Don't be afraid of the amount of pieces it's pretty basic. Thank goodness for YouTube, even if it is a different brand, they are all basically the same. The bottom portion doesn’t lock in like other brands, so it leaks. My husband fixed it with plumbers tape for a tighter seal. Also, hard to know just how much to adjust the tiny nut for cream thickness, so be prepared to trial and error a few batches first.
