Manufacturer sent new charger & batt within 2 days. With that said, I assume you could by contacting them. Tell them the one you have won’t charge….they’ll probably send you one free. **Q: Is it variable speed?** A: Two speeds, Hi and low. Not as much power as the gas burner, but it does the job. No mixing gas and quieter. **Q: can you use gutter blower ?** A: If they're really packed in there, get a more powerful blower to do the trick.
