Why is this?** A: Be careful.I do use them on my arms, but as they have quite a rough finish, if you use them whilst brand new, or too forcefully, you will hurt yourself, whether or your arms or legs. What I do is, gently rub 2 new pads against each other for 1 second or 2 max (it softens them enough so they don't scratch the skin). Then I LIGHTLY buff the hair using a circular motion (you should barely feel it on your skin) As a guideline for a first time use, I would recommend spending about 10-15 seconds on a whole forearm: I would not buff for more than 2 seconds on a single spot.
