The uprights come in sections and so are approx 600mm high. The boxes are reasonably heavy...hope that helps. **Q: adjustable height** A: Very difficult to adjust. Not very sturdy. Boards are weak and have fungal growth **Q: Hi, this shelf is slightly too high for my shed. Can I saw it down by 20cms or so and still be able to attach the top shelf for rigidity?** A: Yes. The shelf supporting brackets slide in to slots on the upright beams and can be set to any height. Also the uprights are two separate parts so if you wish you can two sets of shelves obviously half the shown height. I would thoroughly recommend them, they are sturdy and well designed.
