I'm not particularly as concerned how deep I am in ketosis, but more so that I am in ketosis, and these work wonderfully for that. Later in the evening or early in the morning they'll read a darker pink. In the mid-afternoon they'll read a lighter pink but it still confirms I am in ketosis. I had someone who's not doing keto (i.e., typical carb heavy diet) urinate on a strip just to see, and although the result turned the strip a bit darker than tap water, it did not turn pink at all.

I grew up in the 50s and 60s, and there was no better salute to achievement than a gold star. Fast forward, I volunteer with young kids who are enamoured with stickers. These are new to them, and they treasure the reward. Great investment.

I like the quantity (180 tests) and they work fine just a little bit confusing - if both test patches show in ketosis color but not 100% same - OK what does that matter if in optimal ketosis.Overall works fine. A better (Bigger) color chart would is recommended.

Yes these work. If they were the only ones i had ever tried I would probably be ok with them. However when compared to other brands these don't stand up.When compared to the CVS brand:1) these are quite a bit skinnier and longer. As a result they move around a LOT more which isn't good. The extra length might be beneficial for the ladies but for guys, really not a benefit... these just become a moving target. I learned to hold them in the middle.2) the test squares are smaller3) I would say 30% of the time the results don't really match, I think the double test is a good way to get around lower quality.4) this may seem trivial but it makes a difference... the results guide on the bottle have really little pictures. It is a big bottle, plenty of room for easier to match results.5) the color produced rarely matches with the guide and you end up guessing which one it is. That was not the case with the cvs version.All in all, they are cheap, you get a lot, but I won't be buying them again

Works as should. Seem to be very accurate. I like that they show you not only ketones but also glucose

About 3 months ago I started using Life2o brand ketone strips. Using them each morning and night is very motivational to me to keep me faithfully eating keto. Every test, there’s a color discrepancy. I assume I’m in ketosis, yet the samples are always a little different.
