Assembly took 1 person about 90 minutes. Instructions are "just ok" to follow but could be better. Much pleased with all including price.
Review: A Great company with great helpful staff would wholeheartedly recommend their products! - Sadly we were unable to build this item but that does not reflect up-on the product itself the product was amazing and worth every penny but the cherry on the cake has to be the fantastic customer service I've received upon letting them know of the issues. They were even willing to walk me through the steps but I really couldn't make sense of it. But as an all round product you can see from not only the product photos but even the reviews that it is a fantastic product that of course is when it's built it looks absolutely amazing. As I have said above we were unable to build the product. Though this dose not reflect the product of course this is just an issue that we had. But again as you'll be able to see from the other peoples reviews which have got photos and videos the company is genuine and caring unlike allot of big companies on here. They actually care they were and are still are extremely quick to respond and have gone above and beyond even waiting a long time while we got it all boxed back up and ready for shipping back. All in all this is a great company and they'll be there for all the support you need weather it be building it or just needing help in general they are a fantastic company and their products are very good quality, sturdy and come perfectly packaged. Great product. Reluctant at first whether it was going to be a good heater etc but really is a great fireplace for any room. Heats up my living room within minutes and is a 31m2 room. When building the surround, just be patient with it and be sure to have the pieces at the right rotation in order to go together and be as sturdy as it is when finished. Great product, great value & quick delivery.
