This was supposed to be an upgrade from my Logitech G933 headset, however it is more of a downgrade. This headset is not comfortable - your ears constantly rub the inside of the earphones which causes discomfort. It also is not very comfy on the head.The desktop mixer is rather annoying as it never turns off unless you physically unplug it, or manually go through settings each time and find the "standby" option.Also, this headset does not work with SteelSeries Engine3 - even though it says it does on the box.
