I personally use this cream around my eyes and mouth. I also use the 4oz LOTION with sunscreen on the rest of my face and neck - the LOTION bottle recommends not using it on skin around the eyes. I've been using this product for years and I have very sensitive skin. **Q: anyone know the concentration?** A: i do not know that, however here is the phone number on the box for questions: 1-800-227-4703. as well, here is their website:www.EucerinUS.com. interestingly it is a company in europe. **Q: Has the formula changed? I just bought a new jar and it no longer says "sensitive skin creme" on the box or jar. Now it just says "face creme".** A: This is the first time I've ordered it. My jar says Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Skin Crème. It doesn't do much for me, but that could be because I'm around the bend too far.
