Review: Too short for the job and cheapo. - The last leds I bought was for the 55" TV in the living room - the strips virtually run the full length - these are not these strips in either quality or length. I needed to write this on here to pre-warn people- If you are happy with strips that do not run the full length of the sides of a big tv and dont give full glow coverage, then these are one of the cheepo versions around. And why should anyone want to zig-zag the strips in the middle of the back of the the TV where most of the light will be wasted on wall area you cant see!! Maybe they are wanting us to buy two kits and chain them together, but why should we when we could buy just one??!! Rant over!! :) Other quality versions are on desertcart - look for BASON. Review: Customer service - Order came in on January 10th. While assembling the strip on my tv, the led strip snapped off the adapter, very easily. Talked to the seller. They basically told me, ‘it’s a mistake while assembling. There is nothing we can do.’ For the 60€ price tag, I expect more quality and a better customer service. Very unfortunate. ## Features - Dimmable - Colour Changing ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B072QWJRBS | | Brand | PANGTON VILLA | | Brand Name | PANGTON VILLA | | Colour | Rgb | | Connectivity Protocol | Bluetooth | | Connectivity Technology | Radio Frequency, USB | | Control Method | Remote | | Controller Type | Remote Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 47,604 Reviews | | Fixture Features | Colour Changing, Dimmable | | Included Components | 4 x 1.64ft led strips, 1 x USB connect cable, 1 x 24key remote, 3 x Connection cable (0.39ft) | | Item Dimensions | 16.5 x 10.3 x 1.7 centimetres | | Item Weight | 3.52 Ounces | | Light Color | Multicolor | | Light colour | Multicolor | | Light source type | LED | | Manufacturer | Pangton Villa | | Manufacturer Part Number | EK-40-60 | | Material | PCB LED | | Model Number | EK-40-60 | | Number of Batteries | 1 Lithium Metal batteries required. What can I do?** A: You could always get a usb extension cord and just plug it into the tower as well, that's what I did. **Q: How many modes does it have?** A: 4 modes. They are listed as flash, strobe, fade, and smooth but in reality you get 2 modes, and the same modes again but slower. Flash - cycles through 16 colors Strobe - same as Flash but more time between color changes Fade - cycles through 16 colors but fades between color transition Smooth - same as Fade but more time between color changes **Q: Can I control more than one set of lights and control them all with one remote? I want to know because I want to run it behind my tv and under my desk** A: Yes. I have the light sets on 2 different tvs and I am able to control them with 1 remote **Q: I lost my remote do I just buy another remote or buy a whole new set ?** A: okay so I lost my remote, and I can’t seem to contact the seller via Amazon. It doesn’t give me the option. Is there an email by any chance? - Please in need of this, I don’t want to buy a whole kit ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ Too short for the job and cheapo. *by G***R on 3 March 2019* The last leds I bought was for the 55" TV in the living room - the strips virtually run the full length - these are not these strips in either quality or length.
